Think As You Drunk

Riley Green grew up in Jacksonville, Alabama, and his small-town roots have consistently shaped his storytelling — 'Think As You Drunk' continues that tradition of blue-collar heartache with a wry twist.

The title flips the classic 'drunk dial' scenario, putting the listener inside the foggy logic of someone using alcohol to justify the emotional honesty they can't muster sober — a theme Riley has mined since 'I Wish Grandpas Never Died.'

With a loud commercial master (loudness class: loud, RMS median 0.27) but restrained dynamics, the track is engineered to hold its own in afternoon and evening dayparts without overpowering adjacent ballads in a well-programmed hour.
